Atlas’ mobile buffet-style cold serving unit offers flexible food serving layouts with accessibility from both sides to enhance versatility and speed up service. It features a stainless steel canopy with glass sneeze guards and fluorescent lighting for optimal display, along with an insulated iced cold pan that can include a self-contained refrigeration system. The unit is enclosed on four sides with a stainless steel sliding rear door and matching plastic laminate, available in a variety of colors or urethane-painted panels to suit any decor. Built for durability and reliability, it can be used individually or connected in a continuous serving line using the exclusive CAM LOCK™ system.
